Transforming Seat (C-Suite Exec) - 12 month recurring

The Executive Impact Plan (EIP) is the central artifact each member completes which underlies both coaching and cohort activity. It is a multifaceted strategic plan that spans from quarterly imperatives through multi-year macro objectives. Within the Onyx Table, it is used for tracking, accountability, group evaluation, and most of all to achieve forward progress on being an impactful executive. While the EIP is dynamic and continually updated and actively managed, the formal establishment and/or refresh of the plan is facilitated by your assigned coach. The facilitation can be done with you or with a broader group drawn from your leadership team or staff, and arranged with your assigned coach. The plan is established at the beginning of your membership, ideally refreshed formally on 3 or 6 month boundaries (based on your membership inclusions), and overhauled annually. Note that the completion of a plan iteration may span multiple months depending on cadence, intensity and coordination of the process between you and the coach, but these activities are only performed within the term of membership (ie - a membership concluding before the start or completion of an iteration forfeits that facilitated EIP completion).&nbsp;

Executive Impact Planning Facilitation (x1)

Have an available Onyx Table enrichment session (speaker, workshop, etc.) delivered to your staff by your assigned coach or other Onyx Table approved professional.&nbsp;&nbsp;Note that the scheduling of the staff enrichment session is arranged between you and your assigned coach, but delivery is only performed within the continuous term of membership (ie - a membership concluding before the delivery of the enrichment forfeits that session).

Staff Enrichment Session

Allows your admittance into professional speaker sessions or workshops not already included in your membership. Note that participation in speaker sessions must occur within your continuous term of membership (ie - a membership concluding before the intended speaker event forfeits this admittance privilege).

Admittance to Professional Speaker/Workshop Session (x4)

A 90-minute block of scheduled time with your assigned coach. Allocated monthly as long as the subscription is held via individual purchase or held as a part of an encompassing bundled subscription. The coaching is structured to facilitate cohort participation and executive growth, focusing&nbsp;in part on the development and execution of your executive impact plan (EIP) created in conjunction with your assigned coach. This block may be combined with additional scheduled-coaching blocks to form larger contiguous coaching session time, as mutually agreed with your coach. Participation in coaching sessions is integral to the membership and will be arranged with you by your assigned coach.
